1. Return Conditions

Customers may return products within 14 days after receiving the order.

Products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

2. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact customer service at contact@hamstercook.local
2. Provide order number
3. Ship the product back

3. Refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
